broken bone in his right hand.

Dallas activated Jamaal Magloire and placed Malik Allen on IL with back
spasms.

Detroit activated Cheick Samb and placed Antonio McDyess on IL.

Earl Clark (sophomore, Louisville, forward) declared himself eligible for
the NBA draft.
