Since this board has been nothing but TV descrambler ads recently, let's
give one last attempt to make it a grizz fan board....

Lorenzen Wright's contract is expiring this year......should we re-sign
him or go after som eFA big men?
... I like Lorenzen, but I do think however, it's time for him to move
on. We need rebounding, that Wright doesn't seem to get enough of
anymore, though Coach Mike's losing his mind when it comes to playing
time for some of the players.. There was some buzz around town recently,
that we should make a trade for Carlos Boozer, but it was pretty much
just "fan speculation". Boozer does get the boards, it'd been nice.
I think Big Ben is definitely going to re-sign with Pistons so there is
not much hope there...but there are other servicable centers having the
last year of their contracts .....Nazr (Spurs is keeping him?) Przybilla
, Tony Battie (most likely to be released as they got Darko now),
Collins in Utah......
.. there's really not much there is there. know 'm glad they didn't end
up geting some of the guys they wanted like Olakanbi who haven't
produced.
How about trades? If the Suns doesn't play B. Grant, does he have
anything left in the tank for us?
.... I dont know. We trust Jerry West, and he has at least turned this
franchise from an embarasment to a playoff team, but there are still so
many holes to fill, and big name free agents just don't look to sign
here, West has to make trades, somehow, somewhere.
