Why do people keep insisting people in the Seattle area, or Wa****ngton
in general, wont sup****t the Blazers? Sure, they haven't over the
years because it's a rivalry and people normally sup****t their home
team. BUT, imagine no team in Seattle. ****tland is the closest team,
and with no rivalry up here people will just turn to the Blazers!
It's just like baseball or football, ****tland doesn't have major
league baseball or NFL football so they sup****t the Mariners and
Seahawks. Do you really think Seattle fans are gonna keep rooting
for the Sonics when they become the Oklahoma Sonics? I don't think so
eh! I think the Sonics will have a new rivalry with New Orleans. It
will be the team Gay Bennett bought against the team he should have
bought! The Northwest Divsion is so spread out it's almost hard to
think of a natural rivalry for the Blazers with the Sonics gone.
Denver? Utah? Minnesota?
Most of the divisions have really logical teams. I guess the
Northwest just gets screwed because there isn't many teams close
together. And moving the Sonics just makes it worse.
