and create the league 
(apparently, anyone can be opped as "co-commissioner," but whoever 
creates the league remains such).

I'd recommend 16 or 18 teams -- Fish is in, and Fish is El Hombre.

I just set up a test league to kill some time; apparently you can 
"invite" people by email. I'd recommend that to avoid the people who are 
totally going to ignore this message and sign up even though we have no 
idea who they are. So post your (munged) email here if you're in:

Note that if you haven't played before or if you're not fam'bly, you 
should probably ask first. The only two new folks who have expressed 
interest in the offseason are Fish and Noah, and we can all vouch for 
both of 'em.

Also note that the point isn't to win, but to make sure Sashank loses.

A couple of features of nba.com that I noticed:

- Default is that the commish approves all trades, though you can turn 
this off. Given my hate for the tradefest that BPL degenerates into, I 
like this.

- You can trade draft picks prior to the draft.

- I'm not sure how randomizing draft order works (I obviously was the 
only cat in my league so was drafting #1, and didn't see anything about 
it in their pretty skimpy rules).

- There seems to be something for "salaries", but little explanation, 
nor any options.
