You would not take that gamble on a red neck town jury. I guarantee it. A 
non-admission of anything past consensual rough *** against prison with a 
life sentence in Colorado, even probation for Colorado he would lose his 
career as he would have not been allowed to travel and which includes 
invasive ***ual testing monthly for the rest of your life...  becoming a 
registered *** offender.

He did not have to prove he was innocent, he was innocent unless proven 
guilty past a reasonable doubt. Are you an American? You sound like that 
standard of justice is foriegn to you..

That is the civil case, you are confusing it with a criminal case.
He has money and he was already embarrased for 14 months.

followed the case at the time and assumed the worst, I was convinced the 
woman was nuts, and a money grubber from what came out over that year. 
She 
told her friends she wanted breast implants and a real koala bear with the

money she would get from Kobe when she still should have been in shock if 
raped...

That is not how the law works. She refused to continue to cooperate with
the 
trial. The DA could have gone forward and made her testify, but used it as

an op****tunity to get out of a weak ass case he should never have filed. 
Likely would not have if he had talked to her or looked into her history.
