I never knew you had a thing for puppies....
And I thought your mom said no more live animals in the trailer...
anyway...
You forgot to mention that the Spurs have a terrible record against
teams missing a superstar. Even the Rockets beat the Spurs twice this
year when they were short a 'superstar'. Of course, when the Rockets
had all their players, they were losers.
Kind of a summation of their season....
And I use 'superstar' loosely in regard to McGrady.
Spurs aren't guaranteed a win tonight via Stern/Jackson. These are
the type of games that can skew a 7 games series.
Whenever a 7 game series starts, the pundits will tell you that the
better team will ALWAYS win. In general, that's true. Short of a 7th
game going to overtime, it's pretty indicative.
But even before game 5 is played, who knows?
With everyone playing tonight, I'd put my money on Pop's adjustments,
along with the Spur's ability to rebound from a loss.
With a screwy gameplan by D'antoni, given his players, who knows?
PHX may come up with the single 'off the wall' gameplan that can
sometimes work in a series. It rarely wins over 7 games, but all they
need is one.
That said, SA may run over the Suns without Amare and Diaw, and the
PHX fans scream bias.
So, unless the loser of tonight's game wins the series, the excuses
will be flying.
And anything short of a PHX 18 point win will mean SA wins Friday.
louis has made his anti-prediction. The stone has been carved.
Think Bavetta will be in PHX tonight?

Re****ter: "Tracy, did you see the Mayweather- De La Hoya fight last
night?"
McGrady: "Nah, it was boring. I couldn't make it past the first round."
