They do not have to wait for the point system for a suspension on a
flagrant.

Earlier this year they suspended Posey for his flagrant on Luol Deng.
Kobe suspended twice for
flagrants that were given upon review and not even called during the game.
Bell was suspended last
year for throwing kobe down on his flagrant. And Mardy Collins got 4 games
for his flagrant that led
to the NYN/ DEN brawl.
