Rumor has it that Miami is interested in Andre Miller. How about a
trade along the lines of Miller and W. Green for Jason Williams
(expiring contract), Daequan Cook, and maybe a pick? The Sixers would
get a reasonable prospect at SG while unloading the worthlessness that
is Willie Green. More im****tantly, they would then be roughly $28M
under the cap for the summer--enough to sign two major free agents to
improve the frontcourt (say, for instance, Emeka Okafor and/or Josh
Smith) and still re-sign Iguodala. A potential roster could look
something like:
