With 4:07 left in the game, Krstic was fouled by Tony Battie. As he tried
to
shoot, Howard blocked the ball and got in his face. Krstic shoved him and
drew a technical. Francis intervened and drew his second technical (he had
one in the third quarter) and was ejected.
"[Howard] said something, but my English not too good so I don't
understand.
I know it was bad words though," said Krstic. "I push him. I didn't hit
him.
He started at beginning of game. He hates me or something."
With 1.1 seconds left, Turkoglu got in Planinic's face and began jawing.
"He elbowed me after the basket, that's why I got [mad]. They're up 20,
and
they're playing dirty," said Turkoglu, who had fouled Krstic hard earlier
in
the quarter. "He can't do that. I was just mad. I'm not going to put up
with
that."
Planinic, who did not encounter Turkoglu after the game, said: "He came at
me first. He said he going to get me. I can't wait."
