In the "My Boy Stevie B" post I said I could guarantee Denver rings.
That was
January 5 '07. I didn't get to trade K-Mart, but they still need my
system.
Especially because, having
just beaten the Spurs in San Antone, the rings are still within reach,
but I will not make
guarantees. I will say this, for future reference; Denver has the
Spurs because they
can check Duncan and Blake can check Parker.
The Nuggets will need my system for transition defense when they see
Phoenix. The Suns' transition offense is evolutionarily beyond NBA
defense, and I
can catch up the Nuggets.
Iverson talks about understanding. He understands that the players'
collective
understanding of the game is crucial. Nobody, no body, understands the
game
like a guy that played pick-up ball at the Quad at the U of Md. and
wrote a 386
assembler in Bash. Iverson and Karl need to ask a computer programmer
what
"wrote a 386 assembler in Bash" means, and they need to ask A.D. if he
ever
played a white guy one-on-one at the Quad. Understand this; those are
the
qualifications for taking the tactics of the game of basketball to a
new level.
Denver/Phoenix will be the de-facto champion****p. I want a good seat,
since I'll
be taking off from my Presidential campaign anyway.
Denver's future is now. Hear me now.
