Dirk didn't have to retaliate with a punch, as has been pointed our
time
and time and time again, yet apparently some can't read.
Did I say something about throwing a punch? How do we know that Dirk
did not make a comment to West? All I am saying is that if Dirk makes
a physical retaliation there is a very good chance it escalates and
both players are kicked out and suspended.
