Nash wouldn't have sat around at the top of the key with his thumb up his
ass hoping for a bail out. I'm not asking Rondo to be Nash, won't ever
happen. But you know what, Cassell wouldn't have sat there either, he'd
have initiating something called offense.

Learn the rules JK. You can sub in between free throws with or without
timeouts.
