Princeton, N.J. - It wouldn't be Penn vs. Princeton without the excitement
and fervor of double overtime. The Quakers escaped Jadwin Gym with a
61-59

On a night when Penn (10-6, 3-0 Ivy) shoots 64.7 percent from beyond the
arc
(11-of-17) and holds Princeton (9-7, 1-2 Ivy) to just three field goals in

second half, the outcome could be assumed as a Quakers win. That is why
they
play the game. The Tigers stayed alive on 12-for-18 free-throw shooting
and
clutch makes when it counted. After relinquishing a five-point halftime
lead, Princeton climbed back on top with a pair of Rebecca Brown free
throws

with
Penn down 51-47, Habrukowich hit two free throws with 53 seconds
remaining.
After a Katy O'Brien miss, Monica Naltner hit a clutch jumper with six
ticks
on the clock, sending the game into its first overtime.

Both teams managed only four points in the first overtime session but
heated
Up in the second. Meghan Cowher, who finished with 18 points, opened with
a
field goal. Habrukowich followed with a jumper of her own. Cowher
answered
with another jumper, setting up Habrukowich's winning three-ball with a
little
over a minute left in double overtime.

Penn opened the game 3-for-3 from outside, hitting 7-of-8 during the first

half, and built a 9-7 lead at the 17:01 mark. Princeton answered with an
11-0 run to take an 18-9 lead at the 10:42 mark. The spurt began with a
Meghan Cowher lay up and ended with a Becky Brown field goal. Brown was
the
story for the Tigers as she and Katy O'Brien Princeton's offensive attack
with 11 and 12 points, respectively.

The Quakers first half would be summed up in one word - three. The Red
and
Blue were 7-for-8 from beyond the arc (87.5 percent) during the first 20
minutes. Habrukowich led with 12 points on 4-for-5 shooting from outside.
